The Team
For the past 25+ years Mr. Trimble has been in the design and construction management business and has established himself as an Owner’s Advocate always making sure the owner is getting what they have requested and is paying for. Two years ago, Chuck stepped away from an Architectural firm to form with his wife Rhonda The Way Maker Group to serve as an Owner’s Representative + Project Manager on design and construction projects.
We are engaged and proactive throughout each phase of the project, we advocate an intelligent, resourceful and creative approach to overcome barriers to the project success. We interpret issues for our clients, provide fact expert guidance, and maintain project motion and creative value. We always deliver projects on time and under budget while protecting your interest.
Experience
We possess a solid understanding of relationships and design and construction standards associated with addition/ renovation of facilities operations and know how to program and design these types of buildings to ensure functionality is maintained throughout their life.
